Which of these three is MOST IMPORTANT in your leadership and business?
✅ ⠀IT ALL DEPENDS…
➡️ ⠀WHY is definitely an amazing and powerful one. Simon Sinek made the argument very eloquently on this one. Basing your decisions on WHY your want to do such and such is definitely a great way to create a meaningful vision, which drives you.
➡️ ⠀WHAT is fundamental when you already know if you will offer a product or a service, how you will market it, how you will create it, how you will distribute, price it, etc. etc.
➡️ ⠀WHO is arguably MORE important when you first are deciding to invest in a business. You have to have clarity about WHO you will be giving your services to or offering your products to. That clarity helps you to know WHAT to do and as you go it connects you (or NOT) with your WHY.
So it can be said that these three intertwine. So be open and flexible as to which of these you pay your attention to at any given time, and how your invest your energy to WIN!
