​I wanted to pass along a note of sincere appreciation for the professional and kind support provided by Rody with translation services and customer interaction during our Laser safety Officer training session for FCA-Toluca this week.

Rody quickly adapted to the change in plans given the delay of our training material, the compressed schedule of the course and the increase need for translation of the material presented.  He worked seamlessly and very considerately with the class as a whole and for those attendees where the Spanish greatly enabled their uptake of the information presented.

I would recommend his services for future work south of the U.S. as his work experience in Mexico, Brazil (Brasil), Peru and elsewhere and personal ethics will prove to be of immense value to RLI and our customers.
